Getting Started
- Download Omnisio from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Create your account using email or social sign-in.
- Complete your profile by entering your basic health information (age, height, weight, gender). This helps personalize your experience.
- Connect a wearable (optional). Go to Settings > Devices and pair your smartwatch or fitness tracker for automatic health data sync.
- Explore your dashboard. View your health metrics, AI insights, and personalized recommendations. The more data you provide, the better the insights.
- Set your goals. Navigate to Goals to set targets for activity, sleep, nutrition, and wellness. Omnisio will track your progress and provide guidance.
Account & Subscription
Go to Settings > Subscription in the app. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can cancel through Settings > Subscription > Cancel Plan in the app, or through your Apple/Google subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not delete your account or data.
For app store purchases, refunds follow Apple's or Google's refund policies. For direct purchases (iyzico), annual plans can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@omnisio.app for refund requests.
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or visit our Data Deletion page. Account deletion removes all your personal data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Health Tracking
Omnisio displays data from your connected devices and manual entries. Accuracy depends on your device sensors and input quality. Omnisio is a wellness tool, not a medical device. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
Yes. Tap the "+" button on your dashboard to manually log activity, meals, water intake, sleep, mood, and other health metrics. Manual entries work alongside automatic device sync.
Omnisio's AI analyzes patterns across your health data to provide personalized wellness insights and recommendations. The AI considers your activity, sleep, nutrition, vitals, and goals to generate actionable suggestions. AI insights are informational only and should be verified with a healthcare provider.
Blood Tests & DNA Analysis
Go to Health > Blood Tests > Add Results. You can manually enter values from your lab report, upload a PDF of your results, or connect with partner laboratories for automatic import. Available on Elite and Clinical plans.
DNA analysis is available on the Clinical plan. You receive a DNA collection kit, provide a saliva sample, and send it to our accredited partner laboratory. Results are processed within 4-6 weeks and appear in your Omnisio dashboard as wellness insights. These are for wellness purposes only, not medical diagnoses.
Yes, absolutely. Go to Settings > Privacy > Genetic Data > Delete, or visit our Data Deletion page. All genetic data including raw files and derived analyses will be permanently destroyed within 30 days. Our partner laboratory is also contractually required to destroy any retained samples.
Wearable Devices
Omnisio supports a wide range of wearables including Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Samsung Galaxy Watch, Whoop, Oura Ring, and other devices that integrate with Apple Health or Google Health Connect. Check Settings > Devices for the full compatibility list.
Go to Settings > Devices > Add Device. Select your device brand and follow the pairing instructions. Most devices connect through Apple Health (iOS) or Google Health Connect (Android). Make sure Bluetooth is enabled and the device is nearby.
Try these steps: (1) Open your wearable's companion app and sync manually. (2) Check that Omnisio has permission to read from Apple Health / Google Health Connect. (3) Restart the Omnisio app. (4) Disconnect and reconnect the device in Settings > Devices. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and OS version.
